- lentils with rice and caramelized onions, and spiced pita crisps
- pasta night: garlic pine nut sundried tomato parsley with spaghetti

This week:
- lal dal (red lentil curry), jasmine rice, sesame slaw
- dragon noodle salad, sesame tofu
- olive lentil burgers, home fries
- taco night
- pizza night (easy to make the dough if you're home a couple of hours ahead of time)
- pesto cauliflower pasta with tofu
- blondies
- zucchini olive breakfast cake. I will leave the goat cheese in, but sub in soy milk and flaxseed/yogurt for the eggs.
