- escarole with white beans, spicy cauliflower side
- mapo tofu, rice, seaweed, sauteed greens
- pizza night, salad
- pasta night: tempeh meatballs with spicy slurpy sauce
Last week:
- brown curry with veggies and tofu, rice, salad, corn on the cob
- roasted tomato basil soup (Barefoot Contessa recipe), olive oil bread
- polenta with sauteed chard and toasted pumpkin seeds, Field Roast sausages
- pizza night, salad
- pasta night: spaghetti with garlic, sun dried tomatoes, and pine nuts.
