Way late this week, but this is what we ate:

• Walnut spice sticky cake!
• black bean pumpkin posole stew, from Vegan Eats World, with lots of toppings
• lentil sloppy joes
• mapo tofu stew, rice, roasted seaweed, fennel orange salad
• tempeh meatballs and spaghetti
