Tiffanie: this week's menu

The plans this week include:

  • white beans and escarole, baguette, fried zucchini slices, Field Roast sausage
  • bok choy, chickpea, and cashew saute. Jasmine rice. Roasted sweet potatoes and baby turnips. Baked tofu. Seaweed.
  • cauliflower tahini bowl with soba noodles and lentils
  • brown curry with all the veggies and tofu, rice, salad.
  • baked potatoes with chili, salad
  • no-bake energy balls
  • muesli
