Tiffanie: this week's menu

My plans this week include:

  • sesame crusted tofu with garlicky spinach, jasmine rice, roasted sweet potatoes
  • chickpea cutlets with mustard caper sauce, mashed potatoes, green salad
  • broccoli tofu stir fry (again; the kids like this one)
  • pasta night: eggplant with bread crumbs and spicy tomato sauce
  • massur dal and carrot soup, homemade bread
